Senior HR Manager - EMEA A globally recognised firm based in central London is in the market for a commercially orientated HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity for 12 months. In this role you will be responsible for designing and executing geographical HR strategy and programs which enable business leaders to attain their business objectives and add value. Reporting to the Global Head of HR you will be responsible for an employee group of 150 split across the UK and a number of other countries across the EMEA region; UAE, Spain, France, Germany, Greece and Monaco. Managing a team of three you will be the face of HR and go to person for all enquiries emanating from the employee group. You will provide front line coaching and advice to senior leaders across a range of HR disciplines including change management, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations amongst other things. My client is looking for someone with a good balance of operational and project focussed skills with the ability to roll their sleeves up when required. My client is open to background as long as you have worked at Manager / Business Partner level but would prioritise those with experience from financial and professional service firms.
