Communications & PR Manager Who are we and what are we doing? Greentomatocars has become one of the largest B2B transportation providers in the London market over the past ten years. In the past year we have launched three new services to help satisfy the evolving needs of the industry and our customers. As a result, we are looking for someone who has the ability to manage both internal and external communications and also our website content. What we are looking for – Why you? Do you enjoy writing, are you really good at it and understand how to engage different audiences with creative, compelling messages? Are you a graduate with a few years’ experience looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to make an immediate impact? Then we would like to hear from you to become our Communications & PR Manager We are looking for someone who not only is really good at writing, but with strong proof reading skills and impeccable attention to detail. As the Communications & PR Manager you will be expected to create a plan and be responsible for its delivery for all external and internal activity. Responsibilities · Create a communications and PR plan for all external and internal activity with the objective of raising brand awareness, building customer relationships and generating leads. (Social media plan drawn up by social media lead will be a subset of this plan). Be responsible for its delivery. · Internal communications. Create and deliver plan and all content. · Driver communications. Create and deliver plan and all content working closely with driver services team. · Thought leadership articles and blogs. Develop own and/or third party thought leadership and blogging plans and make them happen. · Responsible for GTC’s website. Content optimisation, improvements within the website’s structure; functionality, usability, navigation by users. · Creation of PR strategy and plan. Management and coordination of all press and communication tasks; contents, interviews, website news. · Creation of B2B marketing collateral (in conjunction with Product Marketing Manager) · Set up and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of communications and PR activities. Analyse, review and report on key metrics and driving strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Test new strategies, new content and campaigns and analysing results to improve marketing effectiveness. · Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). Qualifications/Key Skills · Graduate in marketing or communications/PR · Enjoy writing, be able to evidence good copy · A couple of years work experience · Passionate about the environment and about social responsibility · Ability to understand and engage with different audiences via creative, compelling messages, provide evidence · Strong proof reading skills and impeccable attention to detail · Ability to analyse data and know how to use it to make informed decisions Additional details: Days: 5 Days Mon – Fri Hours: 09h00-17h00 - 40hr week This job was originally posted as
