Data Processing and Quality Analyst - up to £28k - Berkshire A major charity is seeking to fill the above position where you will have the opportunity to assist with Data Quality across core CRM's through interrogating and analysing data held, and identify user training. Provide end user support and training for core CRM's. In addition, manage specific initiatives and support projects under the guidance of the Senior Data Processing Analyst. Role & Responsibilities • To facilitate the processing of data from both internal and external sources including the accurate and time critical loading of all data. • Delivering the internal approval processes and quality checks and ensuring final sign off with the Senior Data Processing Analyst prior to implementation of generic data processes. • To provide support for the user base for systems related queries and investigate, triage and resolve incidents received via TopDesk and data team requests as assigned. • To assist in the cleansing of current data and amendment of identified errors within that data across core systems, and identify any training issues which arise • Produce and maintain user friendly documentation for the delivery of quality training and support to ensure the effective implementation and support of the Master Data strategy across the user base Skills & Experience • SQL and advanced MS Office package skills. • Working knowledge of contact relational databases. • Excellent verbal, presentation, face to face and written communication skills. • Strong administrative skills, time management and multi-tasking. • Ability to make decisions and judgements independently • Experience in a similar data processing role would be beneficial • DPA knowledge is essential If you fit the above job description please contact Rachel Keane on 01256 314 660 Alternatively, you can refer a friend or colleague by taking part in our fantastic referral schemes If you have a friend or colleague who would be interested in this role, please refer them to us.
