Aftersales Leader As an Aftersales Leader you will be expected to deliver industry leading levels of customer care and satisfaction, and that’s what you’ll lead your team to provide. You’ll ensure that the aftersales department achieves set budget objectives by continual examination of accounts, operating control and composite figures. You will also initiate improvements and corrective action where variations of performance vs plan occurs. In addition you will work in partnership with the Dealer Principal in evaluating local market trends making recommendations for advertising and promotional activities as and when required. As our Aftersales Leader, you’ll champion our aftersales processes and systems alongside developing and motivating your team of technicians establishing and agreeing clear individual targets. You will also be responsible for the stock checking and auditing requirements of the dealership. To be successful in this role you should have previous experience and success in an aftersales, parts or service leading role. You should have operated in a customer focussed, busy and high volume vehicle environment. Target driven you should have first class leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach your team embracing a lead by example approach. Along with budget management exposure, you should be a confident influencer and negotiator and a real champion of providing exceptional customer service at all times.
