Global Changeover Project Manager – Peterborough Our client, a major manufacturer based in Peterborough with a globally recognised brand, has just made available a 14 month contract opportunity for a Global Changeover Project Manager to join their team. The sales and marketing division are seeking a Global Changeover Project Manager to develop and drive the process across all regions. The candidate must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record managing medium sized projects. Key Responsibilities of the Global Changeover Project Manager: Strong project management skills to develop, establish and embed a consistent process globally. Organise regional training and other workshops as required to support the implementation of the changeover process. Facilitation skills to lead a global sales team through the process ensuring changeover plans are started and completed based on the agreed schedule. Strong analytical skills to manage data and drive proactive metrics to inform senior stakeholders and drive accountability with a forward view. Facilitate review meetings with local Sales Managers to ensure changeover plans are on schedule to support timely introduction for customers. Qualifications and Experience required for the Global Changeover Project Manager role: Required Project management experience & managing senior project stakeholders Effective communicator and interpersonal skills Proficient in core Microsoft products; especially PowerPoint (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience using simple analytical tools and frameworks Experience of reviewing data, drawing conclusions and recommending actions. Experience of presenting data in an organised/clear manner.
