Their subsidiaries and distributors are represented in 19 countries around the world and the products are in use in many industry leading companies, including solutions for Dynamic Production Reporting and integrated PLC Systems. Responsibilities: All general HR/Recruitment, HSE and Training Co-ordination of all internal and client events, including logistics, venue, staff travel Executive support to the Managing Director, including daily and weekly reports Daily bookkeeping tasks, supplier and client management, purchasing, credit risk and debtor management Month End reporting and Cashflow Management and reporting EC Sales, VAT Returns, P11D and Payroll Management Management Accounts, Annual Audit preparation and support Candidate Specification: Experienced in and able to perform all of the above functions Experienced in Sage 50 Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Experienced in the delivery of PA services Methodical and calm under pressure If you are interested in a new challenge with excellent career prospects within a local office of a multi-national company, please apply immediately with your CV and a brief covering letter.
