The organisation is looking for a number of experienced Lead .NET developers with expertise in C# ASP.NET, and Scrum Frameworks as well as experience of managing or leading a development team. The salary for these Lead developer's positions ranges from £55k - £70k plus benefits, including bonus, pension, private medical and a car. Due to the organisations impressive growth plans, it is keen to significantly expand all of the product teams and require talented .NET professionals across all levels (Junior, Mid, Senior and Lead). As a Lead Developer within the Pinewood brand, you will be tasked on leading a product team of Developers whilst utilising your technical expertise, and being responsible for code reviews within the team. Ultimately you will be leading a focused development team, whilst contributing to the wider development community within Pinewood. The organisation excels at working in an Agile environment and currently the development division is up to 63 people (with the view of getting this close to 100 by the end of 2017). A successful Lead Developer within Pinewood will be able to demonstrate experience in the following: Essential: Leading development teams Mentoring/Managing developers C# NET SCRUM Framework experience Any experience within HTML, CSS or JavaScript is desirable Pinewood Technologies want people to grow with them as they grow as a business.
