Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well-known brand based near Cirencester to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for initially 6 months to assist with a specific project. The main purpose of the role is to conduct a comprehensive review of the salary and benefits packages offered at all levels within the company and to review current company car suppliers and the processes currently in place. Key responsibilities: Analyse compensation trends in order to review and update the pay and benefits packages for the company employees Complete salary benchmarking requests and side by side comparisons Supporting the HRD on the design and review of incentive plans, by analysing and modelling different scenarios and making recommendations Assist in the development of plan documentation to ensure proper governance of incentive plans Build and maintain relationships with external providers Fully document processes and approaches by developing a compensation manual, including: Documenting all work and ensuring that key collateral is saved and kept up-to-date Creating an inventory of the end to end processes involved in the functioning of the role Becoming the 'Subject Matter Expert' Support on the Annual Salary Review for all staff across the whole organisation Provide expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including pay, benefits, share options, incentive plans and bonuses Work with the HR Managers to support them in embedding the Reward framework Review current car fleet suppliers and manage car fleet on a day to day basis We are looking for you to be highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a keen knowledge of reward / C&B / car fleet with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will also possess strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing.
