CAFM / SYSTEMS LEADER - LONDON [ENG00003007] ENGIE-110 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AY ENGIE are recruiting for a CAFM / Systems Leader to be based in London. This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary from £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: To use NEBOSH General certificate knowledge to approve Work request Forms. To liaise with BSS on technical interfaces of proposed works in a collaborative relationship. To arrange all PPM visits when scheduled and update Service Manager and BSS Top ensure PTW system extends to all relevant activities within the building and escalate non conformances to MOM. To take ownership of CAFM database and ensure it is maintained and updated as necessary To act as H&S advisor to BMT To monitor near misses and H&S incidents and develop and deliver a range of TBT and other training as necessary. To maintain H&S and PTW record keeping in line with contractual and Company standards. Qualifications Experience in the building services / FM / Permit systems City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in discipline Experience in working in a large team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook Experience of using a CAFM system NEBOSH Qualified and H&S Awareness and understanding Able to prioritise tasks Ability to make decisions Customer service approach FM End to End operational understanding Building Services delivery and compliance understanding Ability to create and maintain customer relationships Understanding the operational and technical requirements of a large estate.
