We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Head Support Services to join a leading FinTech / InsurTech company that are experiencing significant growth and change. This customer-focused company view this team as a fundamental part of their service offering, and are looking for a dynamic driven leader to head up the team. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in IT Operations/Development delivery combined with strong leadership skills. Ideally you will be data driven and very process orientated You will have experience of creating and managing an Application Support Team (Ideally a software solutions vender, consultancy or similar) You will be looking to continually embed processes, manage the team effectively, manage internal/external customers and contribute to the IT strategy To be successful in this role, it is important that you are very customer focussed and that you are passionate about creating a great culture with attention to customer satisfaction.
