We are currently recruiting a Bid Manager to work for one of the largest Integrated Service providers in the UK. The position is paying up to 65k and offers fantastic opportunities to progress in to the senior team. · Providing professional and technical bid best practice experience to the team – both full time members of the team and individuals attached to the team or working with it on an ad hoc basis to submit winning bids; · Lead tender preparation and response processes following company governance procedures; · Lead bid writing of tender responses, liaising with Bid Writers and Operational teams; · Coordinating PQQ/RFI and ITT/RFP activities collecting market and operational intelligence for bidding; · Coordinating, collate and present exemplar responses and case studies; · Helping develop and maintain a central library of information and support material; · Contributing to the bid strategy and solutions workshops with Business Development Director, developing win themes and storyboards; · Developing estimating and pricing models for services (M&E, Cleaning, Security, Reception, mailroom, catering etc.) for bundled service bids and complex TFM opportunities, working with Operational Managers, service specialists and commercial team where required; · Negotiating with and managing sub-contractor and supplier inputs; Providing high level advice across a wide range of FM bidding activity; Desired Skills and Experience Project Bidding Facilities Management Procurement Project Management Business Development This job was originally posted as
