The successful candidate will join the organisation for a period of 4 months and will be responsible for contributing to the organisation's E-Learning Strategy through developing and creating innovative content that engages and develops a wide range of professionals within the organisation. Client Details Our client is a Government department based in London Description The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for the following duties: Contribute to the design strategy for online digital learning solutions to enable the organisation to identify the most appropriate learning solutions and e-learning platforms Engage with stakeholders within the L&D team and across the organisation to support the development of an e-learning content development plan that closely supports the needs of the business Provide professional project management for the delivery of e-learning solutions ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the agreed learning objectives In connection with the above, manage the e-learning development lifecycle including TNA, storyboarding and the design and delivery of engaging e-learning modules appropriate to the organisation's diverse audience Create high quality e-learning content that may include infographics, video, creative text design, animation, interactive simulations and quizzes Proactively seek feedback from staff about how digital learning solutions can be improved and make recommendations as appropriate Profile Michael Page HR is looking for an E-Learning Developer with the following capabilities: Proven experience in e-learning design and development Significant experience of developing content with Adobe Captivate Significant experience of developing the full range of content including infographics, video, interactive simulation, creative text design, quizzes and animation Ability to manage projects to meet overall business objectives and tight deadlines Experience of engaging with stakeholders in a professional, demanding and high performance environment Demonstrable ability to build trust and respect with excellent influencing skills and professional gravitas Excellent organisational skills with demonstrable experience of project management Experience of developing gamified content Job Offer November 2016 start date, PAYE/Umbrella day rate of £200-220 dependant on experience, 4 month contract Please not that this assignment cannot be engaged on a LTD Company basis This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66775864
