You will lead and develop your team of Mechanical Technicians both technically and professionally. Overall, you will keep us running. About You You will have a solid background in Mechanical Engineering, providing day-to-day support and project management within a Heavy Industry environment . You will also be a natural leader, someone who can gain respect through demonstrating your knowledge and experience. Health & Safety will be at the fore front of your mind with a mentality to protect yourself and your team. You will have a huge desire to develop others both technically and professionally. As an experienced Engineer you will also have a good academic background with a degree within an engineering area. You will have good experience in TQM and continuous improvement activities as well as promote good practice across the business. You will want to take an active role in the company and be willing to take on projects that maybe outside of Engineering. What You Get We're a community who want to support our colleagues.
