Town Planner - Job Summary West Midlands based Planning & Architectural Practice looking to grow their team and currently require a highly motivated Town Planner with private or public sector experience. The established team have been given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and interesting clients. The Town Planners work will cover areas such as Residential, Mixed-Use and Commercial, and alongside a Director or Principal/Senior Planner, you will work on all stages of the planning process including the preparation of planning appraisals, submission of planning applications and appeals including a high level of client contact. The successful Town Planner will have a Degree and/or Masters that is recognised by the RTPI and have a sound understanding of as many aspects of the planning process as possible. A minimum of 12 month's experience is required and specific training will be given as part of the role as well as receiving full support through your APC where necessary.
