HR Coordinator position in Kidlington offering upto £35,000 FTE per annum Your new company A global leading company in aviation that are seeking an experienced all round HR expert to support their client group coordinates employee life-cycle activities. Your new role As first point of call for all HR queries this is a varied role and thus requires an individual who has had exposure of recruitment and selection, performance management to departure activities, HR projects and training as well as hands on HR advice. You will be responsible for the value added projects, implementing training needs, investigating and bench marking salaries. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will need to be driven by providing excellence, committed to a culture of high standards and ethics and use discretion, confidentiality and integrity in dealing with staff issues. A CIPD qualification or experience within a busy HR environment is essential as demonstrating the ability to manage projects is vital. Spanish is beneficial.
