Seeking SELF-MOTIVATED, PROACTIVE and FLEXIBLE individuals who like to take the initiative and have a POSITIVE and ENERGETIC outlook If you also speak ITALIAN , that would be fantastic but it is not essential – as long as you have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and experience with PAYROLL, BENEFITS and ACCOUNTS , we’d love to hear from you today……………… This new and exciting role will see you delivering a timely and accurate PAYROLL AND BENEFIT SERVICE in conjunction with ADP , whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation. Working with a client group initially of 160 employees (which will be expected to rise as the business grows) across two corporate entities, you will also in conjunction with HR and Finance teams, work on Payroll and HR systems development and enhancement as well as p reparing MANAGEMENT AND AD-HOC REPORTS , including analysis of payroll costs, headcount, and liaising with the Finance department to ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual REPORTING . Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; preparation and submission of monthly UK AND IRELAND PAYROLLS by collecting, calculating, and entering data, processing starters, leavers, maternity, paternity, flexible working and calculation of overtime, holiday, maternity, paternity and sick pay. Ensuring all payroll deductions are processed correctly ( SSP, SMP, SAP ) and completing END OF YEAR PAYROLL related duties, including reporting to statutory bodies where appropriate. You will also prepare and process all other year end e.g. P14, P60, P35, P11Ds and supervise the process of checking and auditing of payroll routines and undertake and take responsibility for monthly PAYROLL RECONCILIATIONS for payments, NI and Tax. You will also be responsible for coordinating the UK BENEFITS platform throughout the year and working on annual benefit renewal process by liaising with brokers to ensure beneficial renewal of benefits. You will manage PENSION SCHEMES , including responsibility for the implementation and administration of AUTO-ENROLMENT requirements, supervise the BENEFIT SCHEMES (dental, health, critical illness, income protection, group life) including enrolments and terminations and communicate the benefits package and enrolment of eligible employees on a regular basis. This role will also require you to undertake projects and ad-hoc activities as required and take an active role in implementing improved processes so proven experience of PROJECT and or PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT will be required.
