The job Purpose Rank Group are expanding rapidly and as part of this expansion are investing heavily in Technology change across the organisation. As part of this, we are looking at modernising the technology offerings within our 'back office’. We are looking for a business analyst who can support the rapid change of technology across our back office systems, with particular focus on our ERP and HR systems over the course of the next 12 months. The successful candidate is expected to bring experience of ERP projects, having lived through at least one full implementation, and some experience of business change management in an ERP implementation context, perhaps having operated in a change role as part of a programme team. She/he will work with project teams and client staff to ensure business change activities are in place and managed through the project lifecycle. This will include requirements gathering, communications, business process improvement, testing, training etc. They will be required to lead workshops and other project meetings, and to guide the Project Team through the delivery process Skills and Qualifications ERP background with strong technology understanding Experience of managing Tier 1 ERP systems as BAU and managing new implementations Experience of working within and managing the development lifecycle for changes in relation to ERP and other enterprise grade systems Understand upgrade paths and SaaS solutions An understanding of change management approach/methodologies/tools Strong & demonstrable business process engineeringskills Bachelors degree, minimum 2:2. A relevant subject (such as computer science or information systems) is preferred but not essential Experience of Gaming Industry Hands on experience of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation Understanding of key HR and Payroll processes Experience of financial processes Understanding of CRM processes and experience of supporting system implementations Main Responsibilities Work with the Project Manager and business to gather, write and turn requirements into user stories within the prioritized product backlogHost the requirement workshops with the cross-functional delivery tea Creating, managing and prioritising a backlog of user stories which reflect the aims of the business and product road map both short and long term; Working with both local, non-co-located or near-shore developers and theirscrum masters to explain requirements and assist in meeting delivery goals;both business stakeholders and development and delivery teams;creating commercial business cases to champion their enhancement; Using tracking software (JIRA/Confluence) to record, collaborate and report on progress in both elaborating and delivering the requirements of the product backlog;Performing elaboration and break down of prioritised user stories working withSpecifying both immediate and more strategic improvements to products Write Conditions of Acceptance for "customer" user storiesSupport and assist cross-functional delivery teams and third parties in the understanding of business requirements and user stories Responsible for the quality for all completed work, ensuring the end product is delivered to highest possible standard and meets the acceptance criteria before Product Manager sign-off.
