Due to continued expansion the UK’s leading ex-military recruitment consultancy, Forces Recruitment Services (FRS) is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator & Book Keeper. Based in Witchford, Cambridgeshire FRS is at the cutting edge of ex-military recruitment and is keen to hear from individuals looking to establish a unique career within the recruitment industry. Working within a fast-paced and target-focussed environment, the role of the Administrator will be varied. However, key duties will include: Screening incoming calls and directing enquiries to the respective department or specific team members. Often the first point of contact for clients and candidates, the Office Administrator will provide be professional and supportive. Raising sales invoices / credit notes and managing the inputting of day to day sales and purchase invoices onto the in-house accounting software. Reconciling invoice data with FRS bank statements. Producing up to date statements of accounts to enable the Senior Management team to monitor real-time P&L. Providing administrative support to the management team as requested to enable the timely completion of FRS projects and assignments. Managing the uploading and removal of advertising images to the FRS website. Booking of accommodation and conference facilities, including refreshments for FRS personnel as directed by the management team. Booking of flights to and from both UK and overseas locations for FRS personnel as directed by the management team. Populate data for key reports for the management team and FRS personnel, including; Placement Surveys, Job Board Performance statistics and KPI reports. Working with and supporting the Operations Director in managing and maintaining shared resources, including; Standard Documents, Training Material, Company Policies etc. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities as you may be required to carry out additional tasks as reasonably requested by the management team. Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to multitask; Experience of working with figures and statistics, including producing reports. Experience in a book keeping role would be advantageous, as would experience of working with book keeping software, although some training is available. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to interact with a range of different personalities and manage the switchboard; Must possess excellent IT skills with experience in using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. You will also have ability to be trained on internal systems.
