My client is a group of companies that invest in projects fostering social, environmental and economic prosperity. Their business are a mix of established companies and start-ups, with a strong and diverse portfolio of interests. These include analytics, innovative technology, education, renewable energy, private equity, property, and statistical research. They are looking for an additional Systems Administrator to join our IT Systems Team, offering IT support to their growing group. The successful candidate will: Handle incoming support tickets, researching/solving where possible and escalating to 3rd line support where appropriate. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware, software, and network related issues. Setup and maintenance of company PCs, Laptops and Printers. Manage and maintain Active Directory and associated services. Monitor and report on established IT systems. Liaise with IT consultants, suppliers, and service providers. To be considered for this role you must have: Essential Experience of handling 1st/2nd line helpdesk and support requests in a busy office environment Experience of supporting a Windows Domain, including Active Directory, Windows Servers and Exchange Experience of providing hardware and software support in Windows, Linux or OSX Desirable Experience of working within a VMware environment Experience of supporting IT networks, including switches, firewalls and WiFi Experience with anti-virus, monitoring and auditing software Experience of Linux distributions and/or Mac OSX/iOS My Client offers some amazing free benefits.
