They have been designing, installing and maintaining bespoke systems and maintenance packages to a broad array of clients in both the public sector, and private sector for over 20 years. Whilst they have successfully grown to a real contender in the industry, with regional offices nationally, they pride themselves on maintaining a “family feel” culture. All sales professionals within the company are encouraged to think outside of the box, and embrace new techniques to secure new contracts, without the need for prescriptive KPI driven targetsi.e 50 calls per day minimum etc… My client is focussed on long term relationships with quality clients, and understands the importance of building trust and nurturing relationships to help grow the business. The Position Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in helping locate and secure new maintenance contract sales for both fire and security systems. Covering the North of England from Liverpool to Leeds you will be charged to help identify, and win new business opportunities for maintenance contracts, ensuring that service is at the heart of the proposition, and building a long term relationship with your accounts. “But I haven’t worked in the Fire and Security Industry before?” – Not a problem, supported by the National Sales Manager, who has over 30 years’ experience as both an engineer, sales professional and manager, you will be provided with the tools to ensure that you can achieve success. “What do I need to bring with me?” Do you have experience as a Business Development Manager, identifying and winning new maintenance contracts within either a Hard or Soft Services environment? Can you boast a successful track record? Do you thrive when given the freedom to work under your own steam? If yes, then you have all the ingredients that my client are looking for? The Candidate – “Must Haves” A background in selling maintenance contracts within either a Hard or Soft Service within the Facilities Management Industry?
