We are recruiting for a B2B Marketing manager to be part of the UKs first ever digital only bank based in Durham.They are the first bank focused on an app that gained a licence. Imagine a bank combined with a tech startup, with all the sugar highs that entails. They're informal, collaborative and looking for people to help build the bank of the future. Role Description: The B2B Marketing Manager is accountable for the deployment of business and mortgage/intermediary advertising strategy and is also accountable for the attraction of new-to-bank business and intermediary relationships. They will also be responsible for executing marketing activities aligned to our partnerships and influencers/PR strategies and will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to achieve their respective business strategies and plans. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Deliver advertising and marketing activities to build awareness and consideration of the business and Digital Mortgages brands. Deliver advertising and marketing campaigns which acquire new business customers in line with plans for business banking propositions. Manage relevant brand and direct response search strategies (PPC and SEO) to build the business brands and support marketing activities. Develop and manage aggregator, affiliate, network, event and sponsorship strategies to meet business plans. Manage relevant relationships. Support customer cross-sales plans by developing marketing campaigns in line with business briefs. Monitor marketing effectiveness and ensure visibility of results. Deploy optimisation and test & learn strategies to constantly improve marketing performance. Work closely with colleagues across marketing and the wider business to ensure full alignment of all marketing activity and strong internal communication. Alignment of marketing and content development to regional and telephony sales force for lead generation Optimise paid, earned and owned activity by strong collaboration with colleagues. Manage third party marketing and media agency relationships. Essential Capabilities/Experience: 5-10 years experience in brand and response marketing and advertising Proven experience in digital marketing techniques (PPC, SEO, relationship management with Affiliates and Aggregators) Experience in delivering effective ATL and BTL integrated marketing campaigns Commercial focus with the drive to optimise and improve results Strong track record of collaborating both within and outside the business Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in managing reputational risk and in working closely with risk and compliance Customer orientation and care an absolute must Desired Capabilities/Experience: B2B financial services marketing and brand management experience desirable Demonstrable use of marketing automation techniques desirable Media buying / management Key Performance Indicators: Brand awareness Brand consideration / preference Brand momentum / differentiation New-to-bank business customers Business lead generation for telephony and regional sales force Revenue per customer Cost-per-customer Supporting PR/B2B influencer measures (to be determined) Due to the high volume of candidates responding to our adverts we are not always able to provide feedback on your application.
