Job description Recruiting for a Sprinkler Design Engineer to join their growing team with a minimum of 5 years experience in the sprinkler industry.The applicant should have a good working knowledge of BS EN 12845, NFPA and FM design standards and be able to complete / check / manage design output to ensure compliance.Experience of a CAD software package and hydraulic calculation software package are essential to the role and experience of 3D CAD software would be an advantage.An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the successful applicant.Essential- Recent experience as design engineer for sprinkler installations - Excellent communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail - The ability to build relationships - Hydraulic calculation experience - CAD experience - One of the following LPCB qualifications: o Basic, intermediate or FHCDesirable- Microsoft word, excel, project experience - Canute FHC experience - AutoCAD experience - 3D CAD experience - Located within a 30 mile radius of Rochdale - Own transportationAbout this companyMy client is the leading supplier of automatic sprinkler systems to the UK warehouse and distribution sector.With year on year growth of approximately 20%, they have more than doubled in size in the last 5 years with a desire for continued growth for the future.They are a LPS 1048-1 Level 4 approved sprinkler contractor.
