HR Business Partner job based in Bridgend. Excellent strategic opportunity Your new company You will be joining a dynamic manufacturing organisation in Bridgend as their new HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking the chance to work as part of a Management team to execute a successful business strategy. Your new role As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in executing and translating the business strategy for the organisation while collaborating with the HR team. With a diverse range of responsibilities, this role offers variation and the opportunity to influence and add value. The key responsibilities of this role include: preparing and monitoring the long term HR aspects of the business plans and goals, support the Managing Director in executing strategy and setting the right team and competencies, being the leading point of contact for HR and payroll, providing proactive operational support to UK and local stakeholders on all HR aspects across the employee life cycle and being responsible for compliance with Global HR processes, policies and principles. In addition to this, this role also offers the responsibility and ownership for succession, talent and competency management which will involve creating and maintaining pipeline and plans. This role involves regular travel to London to attend meetings and forums, and will potentially involve international travel. What you'll need to succeed The role requires a dedicated individual who is seeking the opportunity to work at a strategic level. My client desires a candidate who owns a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, a CIPD membership, a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a HR roles (ideally at BP level) and an understanding of HR systems. As this role will involve regular travel you must be flexible and enthusiastic about doing so.
