Intermediary Marketing & Content Manager Salary: £26,000- £35,000 per annum Location: York My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to be responsible for delivering B2B Intermediary marketing; content campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a motivated marketing professional with a 'can-do' attitude, who will bring fresh ideas and approaches to ensure our marketing helps us to continue support our position in the market. You will bring innovative ideas to the business and ensuring that all projects and deliverables are executed effectively, efficiently and on budget. This is a permanent role based in York. Desired skills and experience: Significant experience in a marketing communication position preferably within the financial services sector Experienced in B2C and/or B2B marketing, preferably with a direct marketing background. Experience in Digital, Content and Social Experience managing stakeholders across sales and operational teams. Organised. Ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects within tight timescales Strong planning skills with experience of developing and delivering annual marketing plans and budgets High levels of commercial acumen within the context of FS Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills when liaising with both internal stakeholders and external agencies Responsibilities; Design and deliver B2B Marketing; Content to drive engagement with our intermediaries Build network and adviser marketing plans to reinforce key propositions and leverage our brand assets across B2B. Identify and activate opportunities to drive greater value through owned and prepaid media channels through strong use of content Build strong, collaborative working relationships with key Distribution teams to ensure commercial credibility of the team and clear understanding of required outcomes Create strong working partnership with Marketing Communications and Media Relations teams to ensure content created by that team is (where appropriate) being deployed effectively through B2B communications Develop improved B2B data marketing capability (data management and campaign automation) working with Customer Insight, Data Analytics and external partners as required Problem solving - deliver new ways of working and processes, being confident in challenging the status quo.
