Marston is UK’s largest judicial services group with 1,200 employees and agents. We act on behalf of taxpayers to recover outstanding criminal fines, child support arrears, council tax, congestion charges, and bus lane contraventions. We also recover unpaid Employment Tribunal Awards due to employees and unpaid invoices due to small businesses. We are looking for people interested in engaging with us as a self employed enforcement agent through our trainee programme and also keen to hear from existing certificated agents who may wish to engage with us. We have various trainee and experienced roles available across the West London region. Role purpose; Key activities; A field based engagement where you will make home visits to debtors with the aim of collecting payments in full or negotiating suitable payment recovery plans; Acting in an ethical manner at all times; Achieving targets as agreed with your Area Manager; Ensuring that all the appropriate information is given to the proprietor/debtor; When appropriate Take Control of Goods in accordance with the Laws Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act (TCEA); Adhering to all industry regulation and legislation; Responsible for your own performance as well as receving support and supporting a wider network of Self Employed Agents; Essential Skills and Qualifications; Work well under pressure and to high ethical and professional standards; Excellent interpersonal, influencing and customer service skills; Ability to prioritise and manage your own time; Good organisational and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently; Target driven and an understanding of delivering against key KPIs and SLAs; A full driving licence is essential for this field based engagement; The engagement is subject to satisfactory DBS and CCJ checks and reference checks; What we offer Enforcement Agents; A training and finnacial support package, inc Van lease prior to certification; A self-employed role with realistic and uncapped commission opportunities; City & Guild classroom and field based training plus on street support through to certification and post qualification; Access to state of the art IT Software and hardware to assist in your role; Excellent development opportunities; This Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) Role will cover areas such as: accross West London This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66845570
