Video Product Manager, Digital Advertising, AdTech, Programmatic, London Product Manager required to work for a leading player within the Programmatic AdTech space. The Product Manager will lead the design, build, implementation and ongoing development of the native and video advertising product portfolio in the UK. Driving innovative brand and performance products whilst working at speed. This is an exciting position with a wealth of opportunities for professional and personal growth. They will be a thought leader and strategic thinker, playing a central role in evangelizing the native and video advertising products amongst their peers and customers alike within the entire buisness function. Key Skills & Experience 4/5 years working in native and/or video advertising product organisations BSc in computer science desirable Successful track record of developing and launching substantial new features or products to market: market assessment, product definition, development/test, pricing/packaging and launching winning products to market Strong understanding of or direct experience working with current video advertising technology and emerging standards. You will be able to intelligently discuss real-time bidding, the roles of DSPs & SSPs, mobile monetization, targeting, 3rd-party data platforms, IAB standards, Open RTB 2.3 specifications, agency trading desks and how the ecosystem players all work together Direct experience with native and video ad products. This includes the creation, development, design, delivery and performance/analytics of these types of products Direct experience working with global brands and agencies that are important players in mobile or display advertising Strong analytical and logical skills, as well as an ability to work with a highly technical team Strong understanding of marketing theory and principles Commercially astute in order to grow revenue and client base Excellent written and oral communications skills Entrepreneurial work style and being flexible and open to new ideas · Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively · Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties to define SLAs, negotiation of rates etc · Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose plans to streamline operations and lower costs without compromising the health of the business.
