Attention to detail is key as this role requires excellent analytical skills to ensure smooth running of our charity campaigns, as well as good organisational skills to meet deadlines Sites Booking: Contacting councils to book sites. Meeting diary bids submission deadlines. Ensuring that every fundraising team / operation has sufficient sites each week. Negotiating diaries with other providers. Resolving site clashes with other providers. Ensuring that all spread sheets are kept up to date. Liaising and negotiating with agencies to book private sites. Accommodation Bookings: Booking good quality accommodation for each Roaming team. Negotiating to ensure that accommodation costs are kept within budget. Handling accommodation complaints in a polite and effectual manner. Booking hotels. Administrative / Material Duties: To complete organisation of charity / fundraiser materials. Daily management of company post service (inbound & outbound) Developing a strategy to further improve the purchasing of company stationary, charity / campaign materials Managing the repair, setup and allocation of the company iPads to staff Sending site overviews to Charity Clients Removing staff from company data collection tool Managing the administration of the company data collection tool Required Skills: Computer literate (with ability to learn new software packages easily) Highly experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and emails Good report writing ability Excellent communicator Presentable and able to act as a true ambassador to REAL Fundraising Reliable and Responsible Excellent attention to detail Mature and considered Ability to remain calm under pressure Good analytical skills Excellent organisational skills Good negotiation skills Time management skills Diplomacy skills The Company: Here at REAL Fundraising, we’re dedicated to making a lasting, sustainable difference to the world around us through the work we do with our charity partners.
