Working to develop the strategy behind my client's SHEQ function, this is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement working across the SHEQ team rather than getting bogged down in the day to day delivery of Health & Safety. Client Details My client is a leading player in the Logistics sector Description Covering the Midlands region of 5 sites and ideally based in the Coventry area, this is a new and challenging role to support the existing SHEQ team to lead the development of my client's SHEQ strategy with particular focus on innovation and continuous improvement within Distribution. The Regional Health & Safety Change Manager will be expected to: - Drive a culture of continuous improvement by working with local managers and SHEQ champions - Assist with strategic SHEQ planning to provide a tangible improvement in performance - Provide subject matter expertise to Management - Carry out statistical analysis to formulate action plans - Mentor SHEQ champions - Deliver training - Conduct audits Profile The Regional Health & Safety Change Manager will evidence the following: - Excellent track record in engaging with stakeholders and successfully influencing to change behaviours - Demonstrable examples of changing SHE culture - NEBOSH Certificate, Diploma or studying towards - Experience of managing SHEQ across multiple locations - Working knowledge of ISO 14001, 9001 and 18001 - Exposure to audits - Midlands based ideally in the Coventry area Job Offer In return for the above, the Regional SHEQ Change Manager can expect a salary of £40000 - £45000 Car and pension.
