With 13 locations Nationwide and over 4,000 employees, this is a company who consistently works to produce food to the highest quality and to constantly innovate their products to provide modern customers with what they want. We currently have an opening for a Marketing Controller to join their team in St Albans to contribute to delivering agreed brand plans and growth targets to an iconic food brand. This particular Brand’s recent performance has been weak, with declining sales and share. However, there is significant work underway to return the brand to growth, with ambitious plans for re-invention of the core business, innovation and a return to TV to support. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FMCG marketer, with full-mix experience and a track record of driving growth to really make a difference.
