Our client looking for an experienced ecommerce/digital Programme manager, an individual with a proven track record in generating omni-channel solutions to deliver change in customer purchasing behaviours and trends. Controlling the small team project managers and business owners, working within a hybrid culture of change and development methodologies, waterfall, agile scrum, Kanban Overall governance of all work streams leads within the Digital transformation programme; senior stakeholder management; major contract negotiation; programme level issue management; accountable for delivery of business change activities. The sponsor is looking for a safe pair of hands to deliver the business case, operate at a senior level to protect the business investment and maintain visibility of the progress of the programme, engaging the sponsor at the right level and the right time ensuring organisational processes and governance is achieved Programme: workstream 1 - Business Change & Product requirements (omni channel retailing) workstream 2 - In house build of greenfield Digital retailing platform services ( Kanban) workstream 3 - New CRM, CMS and in-station retailing ( TVM's) workstream 4 - System Integration in house platforms and required supply chain workstream 5 - Front end user channels ( web, mobile, app, staff ticketing ) Mentoring & Coaching Support and lead the organisational culture shift to agile methodologies, including product owner support and guidance Budget - £6m Overview The Programme is required to build a greenfield suite of Digital services and customer channels to sell rail ticketing products and services.
