Customer Operations/Team Manager Position: Customer Operations Manager (Multiple positions available) Job Location: Sutton (SW London) Job Category: Telecommunications Package: £28000 per annum Vehicle (with petrol card), Pension, Bonus Working week Tuesday - Saturday Your Opportunity: Are you looking to take a role working within one of the country's largest communications and technology providers? Are you a manager, who is confident of coaching, developing and inspiring a team of 10-14 field based staff to provide a world class customer experience across a range of technology and communications products? If so, we are keen to chat with you and as a customer facing leader, who is confident of bringing value to the business in this multiple appointment, KPI driven role we`ll offer full training on the product portfolio and a career path within this £150m revenue business. What are we looking for in you: You will be a Customer Operations Manager or Team Manager who will take charge of one of the regional teams of field engineers. We're not looking for a specific technical background as 5 week's initial training will be given We are more interested in your ability as a customer facing leader, coach and developer of staff. Ideally you will have lead teams across a number of sites or teams of people remotely and will you will need to point to leadership experience with evidence of showing how you coach a team to reach KPI`s. However, we are open minded about what this leadership background looks like and we are looking for characteristics like honesty, excellent time management, solid use of Microsoft Excel and associated KPI`s / management information. If you are all about the customer experience and enjoy the mixture of being in the office, and being in the field across your area and showing a visible leadership presence then we are keen to hear from you. We've found a lot of success previously with leaders coming from the forces into civilian roles so again, more than happy to discuss these opportunities with people from that background. It`s a fast paced leadership position and every day poses different challenges but if you enjoy the customer interaction alongside doing what is needed to help your team be where they need to be, let us know. You`ll need a full driving license with 8 points or less. The company / The Package and Logistics: With revenues in excess of £150m per year, this is a leading player across UK utilities services and offer an excellent foot on the management ladder with good chances of progression. Due to listening what our customers want, this is a Tuesday to Saturday working week. You`ll have a 50/50 split between being in the office and being in the field and company vehicle plus petrol card is provided.
