1st Line Support 3 Month Contract £100 per day Birmingham 1st Line Support Analyst An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a 1st Line Support Analyst within a successful organisation based in Birmingham. The role will require strong experience of providing 1st line support within a dynamic fast paced environment. Within this position you will be responsible for providing 1st line IT related support to end users in a confident and efficient manor. This will include call logging, follow up/escalation and remote support, promptly identifying, qualifying and resolving problems including in non-core hours. Key responsibilities will include supporting Windows Server 2008, Active Directory user creation, group policy administration, Exchange and Outlook. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily infrastructure with regard to configuration of hardware and software assets, completing availability reports and identifying potential incidents which will impact on the service.
