Change Co-ordinator / Change Analyst - ITIL We are currently seeking an experienced Change Co-ordinator to work for a leading IT Services focused organisation. This role can be based from either their Leeds or Newcastle based office. The Change Co-ordinator with assist the Change Manager in driving adherence to Change Management Processes and increase the effectiveness of the change processes through monitoring, adaptation and education. The role will involve supporting the development of Change Processes to ensure that effective and cost effective Change governance applies to all Services supported by the organisation. They will ensure increasing effectiveness of Change Processes through monitoring, adaptation and education and ensuring that all Change Process related communications is concise, informative & completed in a professional manner. They will support the Change Manager in developing relationships to promote the Change process, using feedback to pro-actively improve owned processes. They will support other teams by driving process inefficiencies, aiding Support teams in effective Service Management. The candidate will come from a previous Change Analyst focused role.
