HR Manager needed in Stockport £18.19 per hour Ref: 172522 This is a temporary full time position for around 3 months initially Main Duties · Provision of information, advice and guidance at a strategic and operational level on relevant legislation, policy, case law, better practice and innovative thinking usually iin an agreed area of expertise · Contribute to the development and management of Business Planning activity · Support the implementation of an effective system of performance management and evaluation to ensure that the Function continues to demonstrate value for money and impact · Providing a single point of contact for key clients and ensuring that the needs of these clients are also taken into consideration during planning activity · Management of people as appropriate · Requirement to substitute for more senior staff as requested The ideal candidate will have knowledge of at least one but ideally in a number of the following specialisms: · Recruitment, Resourcing and Service Transformation · Information, Advice and Guidance and Transactional Support · Technical Payroll and Pensions · Policy, Compliance and Employee Relations · Employee wellbeing, engagement and equalities · Workforce and Organisational Development · Business Transformation, Development and Quality Assurance I f you are interested in the role, or you would like a full job description, please email your CV to Taylor quoting the reference number or call 0330 335 3333 to discuss the role further.
