Your new company Luxury retail brand based in central London is looking for a Management developmebnt learning consultant to join their growing team. Your new role You will be part of an exciting team where you will consult with the wider HR and the business to diagnose priority learning requirements. Your focus will be on 1st and 2nd line management development. You will also design the learning interventions and facilitate the delivery of these. You will partner with the HRBP for the given client group to establish bespoke learning requirements, while also providing coaching and learning advice to HR and colleagues. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience of 1st and 2nd line management development training and previous experience diagnosing needs and working with 3rd party vendors and HR business partners to do this. You will have previously designed learning interventions and be confident in delivering the training. Proficiency in E-learning methods and exposure to change management would be ideal. A competitive salary of C£60,000 pro rata for 6 Months, depending on previous experience.
