An superb opportunity to work for a Global company based in Surrey who are looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. The role will be based in their EMEA Headquarters and will sit within the Compensation and Benefits division, however will be engaging with key area`s of the business including wider HR and Finance across the EMEA region. It is an interesting role which offers a wide and varied remit Key Responsibilities: Partners with the EMEA Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with global company policies and local regulatory requirements Prepare data for compensation and benefits analysis Support the EMEA Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in participation of market and salary surveys Assist in the annual salary process as required Responsible for assisting in audits and ensuring compliance Partner with the local HR Administrators on the day to day smooth administration of employee benefit programs: Support the renewal processes for all regional benefit programs Support the evaluation of industry standards and benchmarking for benefit programs. Key skills required: Highly operational, with ability to develop, document, and effectively oversee administrative processes Experience with a Compensation and Benefits role Highly dependable and motivated Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and manage competing demands in a productive manner INDCBR This job was originally posted as
