Position: Direct Mail Account Manager Location: London Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 The Opportunity The Client is a dynamic; award winning and multi-channel provider of marketing solutions to UK based Company. They have invested heavily to ensure that they are at the pinnacle of technology for Direct Mail, Commercial Print and Transactional. As a business they try to develop all from within however due to rapid growth and significant new account wins they are looking for strong client facing Account Managers. The Role As an account manager you will be responsible for the building relationships with existing strong clients. You will have strong experience of providing new solutions to clients which will add additional revenues to active accounts. You will ensure that all clients are communicated to in regards to job status, project life lines. Your responsibility will be ultimately to manage the satisfaction levels of your clients. As an Account Manager, you will be managing the supply of Direct Mail as well as working with a high-priority client who is the companies highest performing account. You will manage the end-to-end process from brief through to invoicing. The existing relationship with the client and operational teams has developed over time to be extremely strong and you will continue to manage the key relationships. Required Skills and Experience As the successful candidate you will have a strong knowledge of Direct Mail and ideally Transactional Mail and Commercial Print. Have a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management. You will have a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. It is essential that you have a print background, although not essential, experience working within a regulated environment will be beneficial. You will be skilled at managing multiple print campaigns concurrently and able to demonstrate commercial awareness not forgetting stakeholder management competencies. You will be innovative and have an experience of finding effective solutions to client requirements. As an Account Manager you will be working on multiple projects so strong organisation and time management is a perquisite. Its goes without saying that an Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional.
