Web/ Graphic Designer We are looking for a talented experienced Web/graphic designer to help create, maintain and update our websites in a fast paced and growing business. Working within our design studio alongside our marketing & online department, you will be responsible for the continued success of our online presentation. CANDIDATE • Able to create (& passionate) successful user experiences. • An eye for clean and artful design, able to show a high standard of user interface design skills • Ultimately, you should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into on brand and functional designs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the Online and Creative Directors. • Maintaining and updating 3 websites, ensuring designs are responsive no matter what type of device a viewer is using. • Working alongside IT developing team to test the websites at different stages of design. • Designing graphics, and manipulating digital photographs. • Re designing web page layout and editing content. • Researching current design trends. • Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments. • Liaising with other external agencies. • Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Present and have confidence in designs and key milestone deliverables to executive level stakeholders. • Establish and promote design guidelines. SKILLS REQUIRED • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • Attention to detail & recognises commercial outputs of creative work • Experience in Digital Asset Management tools preferable • Creativity and innovation • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies • Able to work well in a team • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66871021
