My client a luxury 4 star boutique hotel is recruiting a Sous Chef to join their Food and Beverage team. The hotel based in the heart of London is requiring an experienced Junior Sous Chef or Chef De Partie to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen whilst ensuring the high levels of service. This a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and will provide an engaging, intuitive and refined style of service to the hotel guests. An exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wants to join a team to introduce new plans and changes. Key duties of the role include; Contribute to the creation of the menu. Ensure consistent quality of dishes at all times. Manage food cost controls. Manage and train kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will be; At least experienced to a Junior Sous Chef or Chef De Partie level wanting to progress. A minimum of a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification. Strong attention to detail, organisational and planning skills. Management skills, team player with the ability to delegate tasks. Good communication skills with a focus on being customer orientated.
