PA - Personal Assistant to Executive Team Bath Salary: Circa £26,000 benefits (28 days holiday, annual bonus, pension) Royal London's platform division is a growing, successful business and one of the largest employers in central Bath. We have a fantastic permanent opportunity in Bath for a Personal Assistant to join our team supporting the senior leaders of our business. The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Team as requested. Organising and managing, meetings (internal and external) and travel arrangements Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings Act as key point of contact to the executive team Ensure that actions/issues arising from meetings are addressed in accordance with agreed target dates Maintain effective task lists for the executive team and ensure tasks are completed to the relevant deadlines Take ownership of communications in the absence of the executive team using own knowledge or referring matters to other members of the senior management team Co-ordinate MI documentation and distribute to relevant management teams within agreed timescales Production of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as determined Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Experience within a similar PA role at Senior Management level (Ideally supporting multiple individuals) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised, proactive and personable.
