My client - leading Ecommerce Fashion Retailer seeks an experienced Programme Manager to manage large on and off shore teams. The Programme Manager will be required to help define and deliver the company-wide Product roadmap and manage the current suite of product information and digital asset management systems within our technology department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience with large scale retail ecommerce programmes, ideally within the fast moving fashion industry, to join a globally expanding retail company with technology at its heart. Main responsibilities: Help define and deliver the Product Information roadmap as well as managing the current Product & Digital Asset solutions Lead the development of tracking integrated project plans to ensure objectives and stakeholder expectations are met Manage and mitigate any risks that occur, ensuring the appropriate processes are implemented and followed to manage risk Oversee the management of 3rd parties to ensure a commercial agreement is in place and delivered on time Manage senior business stakeholders across the programme and ensure that the programme is aligned to their vision and goals Manage dependencies with other projects and on business stakeholders and teams Manage the process of project estimation and establish and maintain processes to manage scope, time, cost, quality, communication, performance and risk Manage and mitigate end to end delivery and business risk through continual quality assurance and review of project scope, solutions, plans, governance, risk/issues, resources, ROI and 3rd party suppliers. Lead improvements to the project management processes and ways of working to ensure continual improvement. Key skills and experience: Experience leading retail ecommerce systems implementation and change programmes with particular, specialised knowledge and experience around Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) ideally gained within the fast moving fashion sector Project Management Professional Qualification (either PMP or Prince) preferred Programme delivery experience at senior level, with programmes delivered across multiple geographies and diverse cultures Worked in a matrix management environment delivering with limited or no line management responsibility Supplier Relationship and Commercial Management experience with leading service and technology providers Experience of understanding business drivers and linking them to Business and technical Solutions Financial Management experience including Business case and ROI creation, budget management and forecasting. The ability to use and support the Microsoft office suite of products to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, emails, project plans and presentations Demonstrable leadership skills, delivery focus and gravitas to project positive energetic attitude and resolve disputes and challenges. Ability to question and listen to clarify explanation of issues/requests from the business users to ensure that their issues/problems are understood. Commercial and Financial Acumen Ability to effectively communicate technical information and risks to non-technical users. Service related focus with the ability to place yourself in the position of the customer to understand their concerns and issues Ability to present ideas and information to both technical and non-technical audiences Must work to a high degree of accuracy with good attention to detail, resulting in consistent technical configuration and documentation.
