I am currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join one of our most prestigious clients. As a leading supplier of cyber security and risk mitigation this company is growing their Manchester office and is therefore looking to take on an office based Account Manager. Core Duties As an Account Manager you will be developing and growing a customer base within a defined market. You will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting market research on clients and contacts and contacting the relevant decision makers using cold and warm approaches in order to complete the sales process. You will utilise the training and development provided to you, to inform potential clients of the benefits to products and solutions and to further up-sell and open further opportunities. You will then be responsible for keeping in touch with clients in order to further review sales following a year to bring in further income. Skills & Experience Required Previous success in B2B sales. Proven track record in securing new business. General knowledge of IT. Experience of phone based full sales cycle. Team player, self-motivated and driven. Professional and polished phone manner.
