An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Commercial Team brought about by phenomenal company growth. The aim of Commercial Team is to boldly develop some of the finest tasting and innovative products the industry has to offer. Able to demonstrate return on investment, the NPD Executive (New Product Development) will have the opportunity to create some of the finest tablet, capsule and powder formulations anywhere in the world. You will be working in a high energy, successful team, who love what they do and constantly strive for perfection. An interest in the below markets is essential with flare for a particular segment is desirable. · Sports Nutrition – A super range that includes Pre-workouts, Intra-workouts, Proteins, Support Products, Energy & Endurance and Diet & Definition categories · Health & Wellbeing – A huge range that spans a number of areas of health which include: Joint Health, Digestion, Heart & Circulation, Energy, Male & Female Support, Ageing etc. · Weight Management/Beauty & Detox – An exciting range that offers a number of fat burners, botanicals, essential oils, detox & beauty supplements in a booming market sector To research new and existing products and markets, then develop new product offerings in a rapid paced business environment, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with others to ensure business and customer expectations are met. Responsibilities Include: · Develop new product offerings to further develop and expand the Park Acre Catalogue portfolio · Undertake analysis of Park Acre’s chosen markets to identify opportunities for growth · Liaise with the New Product Development and Formulation teams to develop viable products to the market · Create and update New Product Development documents · Support all the sales team, including the Sales Manager and Commercial Director · Working closely with other departments to ensure products and services are developed in a timely and effective manner to current customer service priorities and guidelines · Any other ad hoc duties are requested Essential Skills / Expertise · A life sciences degree, competent in Microsoft Excel · A passion and understanding of health, nutrition and the supplement markets · Minimum 2 years working in a commercial business to business environment · Business to customer experience desirable · Ability to demonstrate commercial flair · Ability to challenge team members and contribute towards ground breaking new products · A desire to be a part of a hugely successful and happy business team This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. Hours of work are 8:00am – 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, equating to 42.5 hours per week.
