Role: Interim Reward Analyst/Specialist Salary: £200 - £400 per day Location: Somerset - Commutable from Bridgwater, Taunton, Street, Glastonbury, Yeovil, Weston Super Mare, Frome, Wells Ambridge Harris is looking to recruit an Interim Reward Analyst/Specialist on behalf of our highly successful client based in Somerset. The Role: As a Reward Analyst/Specialist, reporting to the Reward Manager, you'll provide expert, commercial advice to the HR community and business managers across the European geography. You'll provide colleagues with up-to-the-minute advice on international reward trends and initiatives, making the most of all available research, analysis and internal/external benchmarking. Carry out extensive research, including pay reviews, new pay frameworks and new incentive scheme proposals. You'll also get the opportunity to lead or participate in a wide range of Reward related change projects during which you'll be expected to partner directly with the business to develop and implement reward solutions that support strategic business change. Skills & Experience: Previous experience of working in Reward as a Reward Analyst/Specialist, ideally within a global organisation. Demonstrable knowledge of compensation and benefits trends in the UK and major international markets Ability to analyse large quantities of data Ability to make recommendations/develop business cases for improvements or changes based on data analysis Knowledge and experience of using personnel administrative systems Ability to interact confidently with Business Managers Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
