Application Support - 1/2 nd line - London - £25-£30K My client has an enterprise mobile messaging solution has been used by hundreds of large public and private organisations to communicate effectively with customers and to provide critical information to staff. They are involved within a number of exciting projects and are now looking for a talented individual to join their team. They are actively seeking a 1-2 nd Line support Engineer to join their expanding Service Desk team based in London. The successful candidates will take responsibility for providing a first class service to customers and for pro-actively managing all aspects of service delivery platforms. In addition, you will contribute to the management and support of cloud based services across all of our product lines. Your main responsibilities will be to: - Provide 1/2 line support and second line to customers for product related service requests and issues across multiple channels (phone, email, self-service channels etc) - Manage the customer support queue to ensure issues are tracked, updated and resolved in line with customer SLA's - Work with the Development team and external partners to resolve issues and prevent recurrence - Provide regular reports on service performance - Provide product training to customers Experience : You must have exposure to the following technologies and knowledge areas: - J2EE application servers: Tomcat, JBoss or Weblogic - SQL language skills INTERETSED OR WANT TO KNOW MORE?
