To £45k base, OTE c£60k, plus Benefits

The client is a technology led solutions company, incorporating high quality, third party equipment and services, and the solutions are robust and practical, and used for commercial purposes. They operate B2B, through their offices on four continents and sell to a wide range of local and international Corporates and Public bodies, across a variety of industry sectors. The approach is direct, also with some distributor/partner activity.

The Company is expanding in the UK, EMEA and globally, and they need to strengthen Sales activities by bringing in an experienced business development professional.

Responsibilities include:

    Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities, winning new business, and building a pipelineOwn the sales cycle from lead generation, through to successful sales and deploymentsEvolution and development of an international channel programCoordination of overseas partners to be proactive in penetrating target markets, and to deliver successful sales presentations and product demonstrationsOwn and manage partner support materialsTrack activity and sales progress of self and all partners in CRM system
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales / business development, involving technical equipment, for example; Non Destructive Testing, Calibration, Measurement, Surveying or Mapping equipment. Exposure to international sales and business development will be required, as is the ability to build solid relationships with Distributors / Partners and end users. The role benefits from Marketing support, and Product training will be provided.
