Consulting Software Services Sales- Enterprise Accounts Our Client recently raised $30 million in VC funding and is expanding quickly into new markets. We’re in a period of massive growth and we’re currently looking to hire exceptional Sales Executives who sell software Consultancy services to the Enterprise Space. Responsibilities for the Software Consulting Services Sales – Enterprise Accounts will include (but not limited to): •Working with a small, successful team in one of the most innovative technology consultancies •Take a genuinely different sales proposition to the market •Build on your solution selling skills in a high-tech, software delivery environment •Develop our client base •Work as part of a close-knit team and help us take our business development function to the next level •Work closely with strong technologists and thought leaders in the DevOps space •Help a small and growing company define and redefine its roadmap to success Skills required for the Software Consulting Services Sales –Enterprise Accounts include (but are not limited to): •7 – 10 years of sales experience in software services •Ability to articulate a consulting value proposition and align to a wide variety of client problems •Experience selling services in the high-tech world; ideally in a technology consultancy or custom software environment •Knowledge of the Enterprise market Place •Have worked in a fast-moving sales environment, adopted innovative lead generation techniques •Effective at cold calling – inside sales, familiarity with usage of online tools for client research •A highly ethical, consultative and team-oriented approach to solution sales •Ability to work through the entire sales cycle (lead generation to contract negotiation and close) including the ability to manage all invoicing and collections. •Ability to generate follow on revenue on your own leads •Strong track record of achieving sales targets •A passion for understanding the business value that technology can deliver •A track record of adapting your approach to suit the needs of different buy cycles •Experience of working in a start-up environment •An ability to build long term relationships with clients is the trusted advisor at CXO level and ability to negotiate strategic contracts is a distinct plus. •Highly collaborative and proactively communicative. •Can easily build credibility and trust across a wide range of people including technologists and senior buyers. •Able to give and receive feedback constructively. •Personal and professional resilience. Can accept mistakes and handle conflict. •Ability to create and be accountable for team goals. Support a team-based approach to delivery. Lead by example.
