Job Title: PA/Business Support Manager (3 month contract) Salary: £30,000 Location: Wakefield OVERVIEW: A fantastic opportunity for an immediately available PA with experience in report writing to join a recently established Wakefield business. You will be reporting into the CEO offering full PA administrative duties, including travel coordination, diary management and minuting meetings. As well as providing full PA support you will also be responsible for researching and providing detailed information on market insight, including research on industry trends and competitors to support the decision making processes at Board Level. THE ROLE - Diary Management - Travel and accommodation booking - Handle all correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO - Research on customer/competitor/market insight - Prepare detailed reports/presentation and briefing material related to research outputs - Design create and facilitate delivery of engaging internal communication material - Minuting meetings and following up action points - Preparing letters, presentations, reports - Organising meetings - Answering and screening all telephone calls for CEO THE CANDIDATE - Must have previous experience working as a PA at Director/Executive Level - Experienced in diary management and travel arrangements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Be highly confidential and able to work towards deadlines prioritising workload - Excellent time management skills - Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Experienced in creating confidential documents - Report writing and presentation creation - Experienced in meeting preparation including agendas and meeting packs, meet and greet customers THE COMPANY An organisation with clear vision to invest and grow their business in realistic terms to achieve world class status.
