2nd Line Support Analyst / Manchester / 22-28K Exchange / VMware / SQL / Citrix A very successful Managed Service Provider, based in Cheshire, is looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analysts due to company growth. Working to industry recognised best practice, my client delivers solutions in all areas, including ERP, IT Support, Managed Services and Application Development. Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills. Essential Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Spam filtering technologies Powershell Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Profiles, Group Policy Windows Server 2003R2, 2008R2, 2012R2 Hypervisor technology specifically VMWare & Hyper-V Microsoft server qualifications are must MCSA/MCITP 2008 and/or MCSA/MCSE 2012 A proven technical background Citrix XenApp & Microsoft RDS IBM Hardware Microsoft SQL Server 2008 & 2012 Desirable Experience of a technical support desk is desirable Some level of Microsoft infrastructure skill-set is desirable. Microsoft server qualifications are must MCSA/MCITP 2008 and/or MCSA/MCSE 2012 Anyone from an MSP/Service Desk background/environment working with governance/ITIL would be an ideal candidate.
