A not for profit organisation in London has just implemented a large Dynamics CRM programme and as a result, they are now seeking an experienced Change, Communication and Training Lead to bring relief to some staff anxiety. You will be responsible for creating and implementing change strategies and plans that maximise resistance to change that this new programme will bring. In hand with this, you will be responsible for communciations management and end user training as well. Understanding the impact this programme will have on current business processes is crucial. Your key duties include: Providing change leadership Creating change management implementation strategies Creating training schedules Conducting role based impact assesments Stakeholder analysis Develop counter strategies to reduce the resistance to change Encouraging positive response to change If you have proven experience in this area, please send through for consideration.
